Samenvatting
In this chapter we will provide insight in the learning materials, tools and guides that have been developed within the Erasmus+ funded project Interprofessionalism in Action (INPRO). With these materials we closed the gap between competency levels of future professionals and professionals in rehabilitation practice. During this project, the transfer from tertiary education at higher educational institutes to interprofessional collaborative practice in rehabilitation setting improved. Both, the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health as the basic language, as well as the newly developed INPRO interprofessional competency framework, especially developed for lifelong learning of students and professionals, were basics for the new developed educational materials. In this chapter we share these materials. At the end, the lessons learned during developing these materials collaboratively as an international interprofessional team and the impact of this project on education as well as on rehabilitation institutes will be shared.
