Samenvatting
The EPRIME Continuous Professional Development (CPD) course has been developed to equip earlyyears educators—both pre-school teachers and primary school teachers—with the tools, knowledge, and
confidence to deliver high-quality physical education to children aged 4 to 7.
The course is built around a hybrid learning approach, combining self-paced digital modules with
practical, in-context application.
Each module includes a mix of instructional videos, printable handouts, and formative assessments to
reinforce learning. All materials are available in four languages: English, Dutch, German, and Portuguese,
ensuring accessibility and cultural alignment across the consortium countries.
An innovative element of the development process was the integration of AI tools—including ChatGPT and
Pictory—to assist in drafting, translation, and production. This supported consistency, scalability, and the
creation of a unified tone of voice that is simple, empowering, and practice-oriented.
The CPD course is positioned to become a sustainable resource for educators, designed not only to build
competence but also to foster a sense of ownership and enthusiasm for physical education in early
childhood education across Europe.
