For the past 12 years, I've been working as a lecturer and coach of entrepreneurship, business and marketing in several countries. I hold a Master's degree in International Marketing from The University of Lodz and, as part of my degree, I studied in Karlsruhe and had an internship at Siemens AG.

Inspired by my time in Germany, I started discovering the world.

I attended a PhD course in Poland, for which I did preliminary research in Australia and the United States. While studying, I also founded and joined several student international organisations - I truly enjoy working in multinational teams.

I have edited the book 'Contemporary Trends in Entrepreneurship' (Piktor, Lodz 2007), written several chapter for academic textbook by Springer, and have also contributed to several projects with researchers and companies in several continents, across countries like Australia, USA, Japan, Brazil, Finland, Norway and Germany. Yet, my burning desire to continually deepen my insight into entrepreneurship and innovation never faded.

During 2009 and 2010, I was a visiting lecturer at the University Malaysia Perlis and a guest lecturer at Bandung Institute of Technology.

In 2011-2016 I was an honoured jury member of 'The Pole of the Year' - the contest rewarding the most successful Polish people living in the Netherlands.

My specialties include marketing, innovation, corporate entrepreneurship, firm growth, economic development, organisational performance, business venturing and tourism.

Last but not least, I achieved all of this because of Jesus, who gives me wisdom and direction every day.
