    Extra curriculair studytrip hosted by Tallin Educational Department with 10 masterstudents & 2 teacher-researchers of masters programme Talent Development & Diversity: Title: To broaden our horizon. Goals: personal development of participants & groupgoals: to study and compair educational system of Estiona due to the Pisa scores, with talent development as focus. Aim: to observe, and experience educational practices and views that can inspire masterstudents and teachers. The interest is in visiting primary and secondary (vocational) schools who are related to one of the themes: Talent (development) in any way, and/or inclusive education, and/or diversity, and/or future minded (21th century skills).
