Self-tracking devices and sustainable labour participation of older workers.

In this presentation I presented the progress regarding an Interreg-project (iAge) concerning a pilot that we conducted to investigate the effectiveness of self-tracking devices as a means to foster or increase sustainable employability. During the presentation a first glimpse on the results could be given, which indicated that self-tracking devices may be indeed effective to foster or increase sustainable employabiliy via the influence they have on subjective health.
