During the second workshop, participants who had ideas for digitizing their products or services took practical steps to further develop and test these concepts. They transformed their product ideas into simple prototypes—sometimes just on paper—and designed a plan for rapid testing. By the end of the session, everyone left with clear next steps and the tools needed to continue working on their digitization initiatives back in their own organizations.
