Erasmus+ programme 'Open learning.' 11 educational professionals & teachers (teaching student groups from 7-18 years of age) from Tallin Educational Department visited School of Education of Hanze University Groningen. Alumni, students & teachers of masters programme Talent develpoment & Diversity hosted a programme including school visits: - containing Introduction (Dutch) Educational system - tour on daily school habits & job shadowing.Themes: Inclusive education strategies and methods in classroom, taking into account each child’s needs. Diversity and differentiation in classroom (methods), collaboration between teachers to support the students, student to student learning practices. How to cooperate with stakeholders inside and outside the school (cooperation with the parents and the community). Masterclass is provided on the vie of Talent development in education.
