Description

An Artificial Intelligence (AI) demonstration project was exhibited during the ELSA symposium. It consisted of a monitor with a camera attached to a Raspberry Pi which would process camera input locally (using YOLOv11) and in real-time and identify whether symposium visitors were wearing mouth masks correctly. The project was part of the art/poster exhibition during the symposium and was used as a conversation starter for ELSA (Ethical, Legal and Societal aspects) topics for the use of AI. The exhibition was open to all public.
