Course: Coaching PhDs and Effective Supervision
The participant has developed and acquired the skills, competences and strategies needed to support, inspire, and guide the PhD candidate towards the successful defense of the doctoral thesis and their development as a researcher, a scientist and a leader. The skills and knowledge were acquired via online content, in-person training and interactions with peers and coaches.
