Abstract
We hadden het goed bedacht, ergens begin jaren ‘90. De energiesector moest worden geliberaliseerd. Producenten en leveranciers zouden gaan concurreren om de gunst van de klant. De efficiëntie in de sector moest omhoog. De energierekening ging omlaag. De overheid trok zich terug. Een vrije energiemarkt zou het worden.
