Abstract
Nederland leerde dankzij de oliecrisis van 1973 schaarste te voorkomen door een buffervoorraad op te bouwen. Martien Visser noemt dit een wijze les voor de toekomst van onze energievoorziening. Verwacht volgens hem niet dat buurlanden altijd ons energietekort kunnen aanvullen.
