Abstract
Dit rapport bevat de resultaten van een kwantitatief onderzoek naar tijdsbesteding van docenten in het HBO. Dit in relatie tot ervaren werkdruk en de mate waarin docenten hun werk af kunnen krijgen. Het onderzoek is in opdracht van de cao-partijen uitgevoerd door Zestor in samenwerking met het lectoraat organisatieontwerp- en verandering de Hanzehogeschool
