Abstract
De trend is het afgelopen decennium onmiskenbaar dat gemeentes de ambitie nastreven om regiegemeentes te worden en facilitaire taken steeds meer afschuiven op verenigingen. Veelal wordt deze verandering gedreven door het feit dat gemeentes minder geld te besteden hebben. Hierdoor ontstaan allerlei nieuwe, creatieve concepten, alhoewel dit bij tennisverenigingen en hockeyverenigingen al jarenlang gebeurt. Fieldmanager vraagt een aantal betrokkenen om hun visie.
