Abstract

In de workshop wordt stilgestaan bij de uitkomsten van één van de onderzoeken uitgevoerd door de Wmo-werkplaats Groningen/Drenthe. De noordelijke werkplaats is aangehaakt bij het Lectoraat Rehabilitatie van de Hanzehogeschool. Het Lectoraat Rehabilitatie, STAMM CMO, een aantal gemeenten en instellingen werkten in deze werkplaats samen.
