Abstract
Professionals in het publieke sociaal domein hebben een complexe maatschappelijke opdracht. Ze verdelen schaarse publieke middelen en hun beslissingen grijpen direct in op de levens van burgers. Om meer zicht te krijgen op hoe deze professionals leren en professionaliseren, en wat hun behoeften hierin zijn, hebben we een vragenlijstonderzoek uitgevoerd.
