Abstract
We leven in een tumultueuze tijd. Zo viel Rusland in de uitlopers van de coronaperiode Oekraïne binnen en is er in het Midden-Oosten een oorlog bij gekomen. Verder staat er in Amerika een president aan het roer die we kennen als onvoorspelbaar en impulsief; hij en zijn regering voeren een beleid waarmee er een steeds groter wordende afstand tot West-Europa lijkt te ontstaan. Naast het feit dat deze geopolitieke kwesties ook in Nederland maatschappelijke rimpelingen veroorzaken, kampt onze samenleving ook nog met eigen vraagstukken die reuring geven.
