Ondervoeding en obesitas lijken elkaars tegenpolen: te weinig versus te veel, tekort tegenover overvloed. In het publieke debat worden ze ook zo behandeld: ondervoeding is triest, obesitas is eigen schuld. Maar wie beter kijkt, ziet dat ze vaak uit dezelfde bron voortkomen. En daarover blijft het opvallend stil in het
