Abstract

Deze monitorrapportage hoort bij het integraal pedagogisch wijkplan Positief Opgroeien SPT 2023 – 2027. In deze monitor lees je de resultaten van kalenderjaar 2025. Met behulp van deze resultaten kan de wijk verder bouwen en uiteindelijk meer inzicht krijgen in de opbrengsten van het werken met het integraal pedagogisch wijkplan Positief Opgroeien 2023-2027 en deze meenemen in de ontwikkeling van het nieuwe wijkplan Positief Opgroeien.
