Abstract
Kiemkracht the innovation alliance of Product Board Arable Products and Innovation Network of the Ministry of Economic Affairs (Agriculture) together with entrepreneurs Jaap Korteweg and Niko Koffeman founded the Vegetarian Butcher by using the conceptuation method. The Vegetarian Butcher is a transition process for stimulating consumption of vegetable proteins including lupin. European-grown lupin is a sustainable alternative to meat but also to EU imported soya.
