Abstract

The current world population of about 6.8 billion people will have grown in 2050 to an estimated 9 billion people. To provide everybody of food in the future, it is important to answer the question how this can be acheived. Lupin is a good source of vegetable protein, and may also be regionally grown. Lupin protein also may have a health benefit.
