Abstract

In dit integraal pedagogische wijkplan van de wijk Vinkhuizen zijn doelen, activiteiten en afspraken opgesteld tussen alle betrokken partners die met jeugd tussen 0 en 18 jaar in de wijk werken. De interprofessionele samenwerking heeft als doel om de kinderen en jongeren zo kansrijk, veilig en gezond mogelijk op te laten groeien.
