Abstract

In de zomer, als de temperaturen oplopen, is het tijd om na te denken. Bijvoorbeeld over wat we eten. Vooral als het warm is, gaan we vaak voor iets makkelijks, zoals een vette hamburger. Desondanks ontstaat er steeds mee nieuwsgierigheid naar plantaardig eten, vooral onder jongeren. Lector Lizette Oudhuis staat in haar column stil bij het anders kijken naar wat we eten.
