Abstract

This report, prepared by the secretariat under the guidance of the Technology Executive Committee and in consultation with the Global Environment Facility in response to the mandate in decision 9/CP.29, presents the outcomes of the evaluation of the Poznan strategic programme on technology transfer conducted to take stock of progress, challenges, successes and lessons learned in the implementation thereof.
