Abstract

This report, prepared by the secretariat under the guidance of the Technology Executive Committee and in consultation with the Global Environment Facility in response to the mandate in decision 9/CP.29, presents the outcomes of the evaluation of the Poznan strategic programme on technology transfer conducted to take stock of progress, challenges, successes and lessons learned in the implementation thereof. The report includes key messages, drawn from the outcomes of the evaluation, related to strengthening
technology implementation in developing countries.
