Abstract
Het veiliger maken van de fysieke leefomgeving is een complex vraagstuk. Integraal en sectoroverstijgend werken is hierbij dan ook onontbeerlijk. Veel professionals zijn dit echter niet gewend en komen op wijkniveau allerlei knelpunten tegen. Studenten die in interdisciplinair verband onderzoek doen via een lectoraat kunnen helpen met het vinden van goede oplossingen. Hiermee ontwikkelen zij tevens competenties om zelf integraal te werken.
