Abstract

Het model van de T-shaped professional wordt gebruikt om aan te geven hoe CJG-professionals invulling kunnen geven aan preventief en omgevingsgericht werken. Er worden praktijkvoorbeelden uit twee Groninger wijken gepresenteerd die illustreren hoe CJG-professionals hier handen en voeten aan geven, wat succesvol blijkt te zijn en wat de mogelijke faalfactoren. Echter, professionals uit het CJG moeten de innovatieve praktijk vorm en inhoud geven binnen een dynamische beleidscontext.
