Abstract
We kunnen volgens Martien Visser in ons land met drie stappen naar effectiever klimaatbeleid. Maar dan moeten we wel kansen pakken en weten waarop we sturen. Zo mogen we niet vergeten om de CO2-uitstoot veroorzaakt door ons consumptiegedrag mee te nemen in onze rekenmodellen.
