Abstract
Kleine scholen zijn meer dan ooit een issue. Door de ontgroening groeit het aantal kleine scholen; de prognose voor Delfzijl bijvoorbeeld is een daling van 22% van de instroom. Een advies van de Onderwijsraad Grenzen aan kleine scholen kon dus niet uitblijven.
