Abstract
This document provides guidelines and outlines a process framework to offer micro-learning credentials in the form of electronic learning badges, plus an online certification process for recognizing continuous professional development (CPD) in the framework of the European Union co-funded European Teacher Education Program Learning Platform - EPRIME.
