Abstract
Een groot aantal broden die in de supermarkt liggen en niet verkocht worden, gaan weer terug naar de leverancier. Deze zogenoemde retourbroden eindigen vaak als veevoer of in een vergister. In haar colum vertelt lector Lizette Oudhuis over een vernieuwende oplossing waarbij er een nieuw product van het brood wordt gemaakt, namelijk broodpasta dat als alternatief kan dienen voor suikerstroop.
