His research interests are in the areas of health care environment and organizational behavior. His areas of expertise are Human Factors and Ergonomics, Qualitative Research and Interview Techniques, Mixed Methods, and Computer-aided Qualitative Data Analysis (CAQDAS).

Personal profile

Stefan Lechner is retired researcher at the kenniscentrum Noorderruimte. Before his retirement, he was project leader at the Living Lab Health Space Design (HSD) and lecturer Facility Management at the Hanze University of Applied Sciences.

He received his bachelor in Hotel Management from the Hotel Management School Leeuwarden in 1991. In 2013 he received a master in Business Studies with distinction from the University of Amsterdam. Previously, Lechner was a Manager with several companies, including Accare Home Care Services, Pitney Bowes Management Services, ISS Support Services, and the Compass Group
