Saskia Mars is a spatial designer and works as a lecturer-researcher in the Facility Management research group. She has extensive knowledge in the field of work environments, conceptualization and participatory research. In addition to being a member of the Facility Management research group and a lecturer-researcher at the Minerva Academy, she is the co-founder of a collective that supports organizations with sustainable housing concepts. In 2015, she completed her master's degree in 'Organization, Culture and Management', after which she focused on participatory design processes that connect the values ​​of organizations and their employees. Since March 2020, Saskia has been affiliated with the Innovationlab Healthy Workplace (HWP), a project that brings together her passions. HWP researches space-related interventions that promote the physical, social and mental health of employees.
