Personal profile

After successfully completing the Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, I started as a Technical Trainee at Enexis. Through positions of Technical Specialist Gas, Asset Engineer and Team Manager, I joined Hanze University as a Lecturer Researcher in the Mechanical Engineering course with a specialization in Energy. I completed my Masters in Renewable Energy in 2023. I have a passion for the energy transition. I think it would be fantastic to be able to contribute to the transition to a more sustainable energy system.

Professional Information

Since February 2024, I have started as a Professional Doctorate candidate and am investigating the possibilities to promote green gas production while preventing congestion in the gas network. This is a system-integrative approach, in which possibilities are also investigated that lie outside the gas network itself. This research takes place in collaboration with N.V. Rendo and Coteq Netbeheer B.V.
