In my role as a lecturer-researcher, I supervise and support students within the Bachelor’s programme in Nutrition and Dietetics in developing their research competencies and conducting practice-oriented research. My areas of focus include behaviour change and self-management, sensory research, as well as communication and marketing.

My research primarily centres on examining person–context interactions that can motivate consumers to make healthier and more sustainable food choices, with a particular emphasis on young adulthood.
