I am senior lecturer and applied researcher at the School for Communication, Media & IT. I have experience both in IT (software engineering, agile methods, software architecture) and in developing research at the organizational level (research policy, research support, national collaborations, research assessment). In my work I continuously try to connect research and education to develop Hanze as a university of applied sciences. My research interests are software engineering, agile software development, the application of artificial intelligence, and at the meta-level the development of applied research at Dutch UAS.
