I have a background in research and a passion for promoting behavioral change, research, and innovation. Currently, I hold a position as a Junior Researcher at Hanze University for Applied Sciences. With a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, specializing in Mind and Behavior, I possess a unique blend of interdisciplinary skills that enable me to approach complex issues from multiple angles.
Prior to my role at Hanze University, I gained valuable experience working on projects that reflect my commitment to creating positive change. I played a pivotal role in initiatives such as Gender-Inclusive Education in the Mathematics Classroom and World Fish Migration Day. Furthermore, I have been involved in an exciting project known as 'COGMAX,' with the primary goal of determining whether this stimulation could enhance cognitive functioning, particularly memory and information processing.
Additionally, I have experience in the public sector, having served as a Policy Officer at the Municipality of Groningen for a year. My responsibilities included collaborative efforts and desk research focused on promoting inclusive education and youth care, further emphasizing my commitment to making a meaningful difference in my community.
