Obesity and emotional eating behaviour. Deployment of ehealth interventions to achieve change in attitude towards behaviour. Emotion regulation (Dialectical Behavior Therapy). Persuasive technology.  
Lecturer at Hanze University of Applied Sciences, Institute for Communication, Media and IT. 
Background: graduated in Russian linguistics, educated as nutritionist in organic food. 

Developing a personalised virtual coach for obese emotional eaters. This coach is based on mindfulness, emotion regulation and stress tolerance (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) and provides coaching based on dialectical strategies.
