The Research Group Rehabilitation

The Research Group Rehabilitation focuses on the social functioning of people with participation problems due to, among other things, mental health, addiction, and/or somatic problems, non-congenital brain injury, intellectual disabilities, or homelessness.

The research group collaborates closely with various internal and external partners in research and innovation in the field of rehabilitation. Based on the questions from the field, the scope of the rehabilitation knowledge domain, and the research theme of Equal Opportunities & Participation, the following two central themes have been chosen:

  •  Supported Education (student well-being)
  •  Experiential expertise in the healthcare and welfare sectors
