The Research Group Rehabilitation

The Research Group Rehabilitation wants to help improve how people with disabilities function when performing social roles in their preferred environment. Its starting point is that people with disabilities have the same wishes and goals as everyone else.

The Research Group Rehabilitation has opted for the following three central themes, based on questions from the professional practice, the size of the rehabilitation knowledge domain and the manpower available: supported education; preventing and combating social isolation: rehabilitation in relation to social contacts; experiential expertise in the healthcare and welfare sectors.
