Gildeleren as employer service



The aim of the research was to compare outcomes of different education programs for vocational learning. In this research is examined whether Gildeleren was more effective than regular vocational education (BOL) or the vocationally supervised learning route (BBL). Interviews with students, employers and group interviews were conducted to obtain more information for analysis and insights in the involvement of employers and employer services in Gildeleren.
