Presentation at the monthly research colloquium from the department Psychology, Health and Technology at the University of Twente. Content: The guest PhD candidate Lea Berkemeier will introduce herself in a short presentation and tell more about the PhD project that she is working on. She started her PhD in November 2021 and works in collaboration with the University of Applied Sciences in Groningen, TNO Soesterberg and the University of Twente. Within her PhD project she explores the possibilities of the automatic monitoring of mental health with devices such as wearables or smartphones. During her presentation she will present the setup and preliminary results of her first study about mental state detection based on longitudinal wearable and contextual sensing.
