The main aim is to present the evaluation of a community-based approach in designing an intervention to promote active living in two neighborhoods in Groningen. The main question is, how can involving community in design process of an intervention have impact on the level of physical activities and the social capital in the neighborhood? Evaluation the approach from both policy makers and residents’ perspective (both park users and non-users) presents here to having more sustainable impact.
