De Wmo in de praktijk (een bijeenkomst rondom de visie) 2. Integraal benaderen en resultaatgericht werken (samenwerken met burgers, mantelzorgers, vrijwilligers, hulpverleners en andere organisaties) 3. Professionele ruimte 4. Resultaatgericht samenwerken (eindpresentatie door de deelnemers)
