The Knowledge Network on Population Decline (Kennisnetwerk Krimp Noord-Nederland) is a network of organizations engaged matters concerning demographic transition and population decline in the Northern Netherlands. The network is initiated by the three northern provinces and baised at Hanze University of Applied Sciences and the Univerisity of Groningen. It is aimed at sharing knowledge anbd expierences.
